Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly in discussions with Ansu Fati for a possible transfer before the upcoming transfer window deadline.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the club is exploring the option of securing a season-long loan for Fati, who is believed to be open to offers for a move away from Barcelona.
While Chelsea was also rumoured to be interested in Fati, it appears that they are not currently pursuing the player. However, it remains to be seen if Fati expresses interest in joining Spurs. Notably, Tottenham are not participating in European competitions this season and recently exited the League Cup following a loss to Fulham.
Despite these challenges, Tottenham, under the management of Ange Postecoglou, has begun the Premier League season on a positive note. Victories against Manchester United and wins over Bournemouth and Brentford have propelled the team forward.
The club’s style of play has been appealing, despite losing their captain Harry Kane to Bayern Munich, and Tottenham are keen on improving its performance after finishing in eighth place last season.
