The District Court, presided over by Arit Nsemoh, has ordered the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital to produce within a month, the full autopsy report of former Member of Parliament (MP) for Abuakwa North, J.B. Danquah Adu, who was stabbed to death.

Accra FM’s court correspondent, Ama Brako Ampofo, said on Tuesday, October 10 that the judge made the orders after the prosecutor, DSP George Amegah, told the court that the advice is being delayed at the Attorney–General’s office because the autopsy report has not been released by the hospital, and all efforts to retrieve it has not yielded any result.

Daniel Aseidu, a.k.a Sexy Dondon, and Vincent Bossu are standing trail for the murder of J.B. Danquah Adu who was stabbed to death at his residence in Accra.

The case has been adjourned to November 10, by which time the autopsy report would be ready and delivered to the Director- General of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
