The leader of Parliament Chapel International, Apostle Francis Amoako Atta has expressed the view that celebrating Jesus on December 25th is not in line with true Christianity.
Many Christians believe that Jesus Christ was born on December 25th and commemorate his birth on that specific day.
Contrary to popular belief that Jesus was born on this date, the religious leader in an interview with Angel Morning show on Angel FM debunked this notion, stating that historically, gods were created on December 25th.
He says nobody shoult assert that Jesus was born on December 25th, adding that historically, the date is incorrect because gods are born on that particular date.
Apostle Amoako Atta emphasized that December 25th signifies a number associated with forgiveness and redemption.
“Never tell anyone that Jesus was born on 25th December, historically the date is wrong, because gods are born on 25th December.”
He added that “25th December is a number for forgiveness and redemption”
Furthermore, the man of God explained that people have primarily focused on reading the Bible without incorporating historical context into their understanding.
