The Circuit Court has ordered the prosecution in charge of the dancehall artist Shatta Wale’s case to immediately release the phones of Shatta Wale and the other three accused persons to them as the defense cannot help them prosecute their case.
Lawyer for accused persons Jerry Avenogbor told the court presided over by Justice Emmanuel Essandoh that his clients life and business depends on the phones and prays the court to order the release of the phones.
