A three member panel of the Court of Appeal has unanimously granted the prayer of Rosemond Alade Brown aka Akuapem Poloo and change the conviction of imprisonment of 90 days to a fine 12 thousand Ghana cedis after his lawyer Andrew Kojo Vortia moved his application and prayed the court to impose a noncustodial sentence rather than a custodial sentence.
Akuapem Poloo was sentenced by the circuit court after she posed the naked pictures of his son.
