Hakim Ziyech is one of Morocco’s most high profile players, but instead he’s an outcast after falling out with their manager.
The bad news for Ziyech is that his country’s progress to the semi finals of AFCON means the boss will be in place for some time it seems, and speaking to the media today the winger made his position very clear – “I will not return to the national team” he declared.
It’s a pity – but we’ve heard this from other players before. All it takes is one change of coach and he will be back in the fold.
