Independent presidential aspirant Alan John Kyerematen has asked Ghanaians to ditch the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming elections.
Speaking on GhanAkoma evening political show on Akoma FM 87.9MHz in Kumasi with Aduanaba Kofi Asante Ennin, Alan Kyeremanten said the two leading political parties are responsible for the country’s woes.
He has, however, assured Ghanaians that the gross mismanagement in the last four decades will be undone when he is given the nod on December 7, 2024.
He said Ghanaians are looking for a new leader but not a new political party.
He said he is coming with a national unity government that can bring all political parties and institutions in the country together.
He also called for proper national plan to help in the development of the country.
He said sustainable job creation, women empowerment and others remain crucial to him.
“It’s obvious people here are desperately in need of jobs but here we are, with many youth or university graduates unemployed in the country. We can employ many people if we put right things in place,” he said.
He further noted that his government will prioritize women empowerment.
