Head Coach of Great Olympics, Godwin Attram, has applauded his players for leading Zone 3 of the GN Bank Division One league with just two games left to end the season.
Olympics are four points clear of second-placed Hearts of Lions and need just a win from their two remaining games to cement their promotion to the Ghana Premier League.
Speaking to Class Sports, Attram said he was excited at the prospect of being just three points away from playing in the GPL next season.
“I feel so great and I thank God for that. It has not been easy but all the same the campaign is about to end and the boys are so happy. I give them most of the credit because they have done so well. Even though I am the head and I give most of the motivation and coaching, they have done well in my perspective.”
The Accra-based side will be returning to the premier league a season after their relegation if they manage to secure qualification.
