Ghana and Las Palmas midfielder Mubarak Wakaso says he is in the right state of mind for his Las Palmas debut this weekend.
Wakaso joined the Spanish La Liga side on the transfer deadline day after a proposed move to Saudi Arabian side Al Ittihad fell through.
The Ghana international scored the only goal as the Black Stars went pass the Amavubi of Rwanda in Kigali, before linking up with his Las Palmas team mates for the first time this season.
He is expected to make his debut for the club this weekend when they play host to Celta Vigo and former AshantiGold man says he feels good and ready to go.
“I have always given my best whenever it comes to playing football be it club level or national team. I am ready physically and will give my best if I get the opportunity,” Wakaso said to Citi Sports in an interview.
Las Palmas are 14th on the league table after two round of games in the Spanish La Liga having lost one and draw the other.
