Lawyer for Ghanaian rapper Medikal has told the circuit court presided over by Justice Emmanuel Essandoh that they would like the court to order the prosecution to release the gun of the accused to him as he really needs it.
Lawyer Alice Nimako told the court from all indications it seems the prosecution is not ready for the trial and would therefore urge the court to discharge their clients as they cannot continue wasting their time in court.
In the same court Shatta Wale and others also told the trial judge not to wait until the prosecution arrest the alleged people on the run before they hearing starts as they cannot continue running to court without any course.
