The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has lambasted the two former presidents, John Evans Fifii Atta Mills (the late) and John Dramani Mahama for not continuing Kufuor’s projects which he thinks has brought lack of development in the country.
Speaking on Pure fm with Kwame Adinkra this morning, Nana Addo said the situation in Ghana is that, most of the presidents find it difficult to continue projects done by the former presidents
He said after J.A Kufuor’s tenure in office, former president Mills and John Mahama refused to continue Kufuor’s projects but rather went to do different thing
He said Ghana could have gone very far in terms of development.
Nana Addo further explained that, he believes the NPP government can break the eight year’s policy in government because of the work done by his presidency
He added that, he cannot have a favorite to break the eight for the NPP.
Nana Addo said his duty is to hold the balance but the decision has to be that of the party and whoever the party elects, that person is whom he is going to support and God willing if he has the strength, he will vigorously campaign for the elected individual
Nana is therefore calling on Ghanaians to vote for NPP in 2024 for more developments
