The case involving police officer DSP Tehoda in which she was linked to the disappearance of a consignment of cocaine in the custody of the police will be determined on 16 March 2017.
Tehoda was linked to the mysterious replacement of the cocaine with baking soda in 2011.
She was interdicted and dismissed from the service as a result of her alleged involvement.
An Accra circuit court which heard the case subsequently acquitted and discharged her of the charges after which DSP Tehoda counter-sued the police at the Human Rights Court for wrongfully dismissing her. She also prayed the court to reinstate and compensate her.
At Monday’s hearing, judge Gifty Adjei Addo set the date for the judgement after lawyers of DSP Tehoda prayed the court to adopt proceedings and the addresses in the court of the now dismissed High Court Judge, Justice Kofi Essel Mensah.
