Puma Energy has announced that Sonangol EP has notified the Board of Puma Energy Holdings Pte Ltd of its intention to change its board representation.
The seats of Francisco de Lemos José Maria and Josina Baião Magalhães will be taken up by Sarju Raikundalia and Joao dos Santos, Puma Energy said in a statement.
Mr. Raikundalia is a Board Member and CFO of Sonangol EP. Mr. Raikundalia was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. dos Santos is Executive Board Member of Sonangol EP with a responsibility for Sonangol Holdings. The new appointments to the Board of Puma Energy Holdings Pte Ltd will take effect from 30th August 2016.
