The Progressive People’s Party (PPP) has lost the filing fee suit it filed against the Electoral Commission.
The case was dismissed on Wednesday, 2 October by an Accra High Court.
The PPP filed the suit after it raised protests against the EC’s GHS50,000 presidential nomination fees and GHS10,000 for parliamentary candidates for this year’s general elections.
After the court’s ruling, Dr Nduom told journalists that “it is not over, we will pursue it”.
“I’m not sure if the party will have the strength to pursue it before election, but we will pursue it,” he added.
