Former CEO of the Ghana Chamber of Mines and a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Cathedral Secretariat, Reverend Dr. Joyce Rosalind Aryee says any employer who pays SSNIT without paying tier 2 is an armed robber and must be arrested
According to her, the Bible states that every human should respect authorities, explaining that, Auntie Joyce said respecting authorities’ forces to exercise discipline in fulfilling obligations such as paying taxes, making nation contribution and therefore if any employer who pays SSNIT of his workers without tier 2 is just a robber even if not armed.
“Respect authorities and National law, 1 Peter to 13 encourages us to respect authorities, not just a face value but have respect for God and the hierarchy created to establish order in the society. And so you therefore submit yourself to every ordinance of man for the Lord sake whether to the King or Queen”
“And if any employer is here who is just paying SSNIT without the Tier 2, let me say that, that person is a robber even if not armed”
“Respect authorities keeps in checks and forces to exercise discipline in fulfilling our obligations such as pay taxes, making nations contributions and so on”

“because it is from the tier 2 that you will get the bulk money when you retire whiles the tier 1 will be given you the monthly payment so if you don’t pay the tier 2 you will not get any bulk money when you go on retirement”
“some are even collecting the tier 1 and not paying”
