A level two hundred student of the African University College of Communication (AUCC), Joseph Ebbe has been installed chief of the Bonyere Traditional Area in the Western Region.
The linguist (Okyeame) of the traditional area, presented the new Chief, whose stool name is Nana Nyameke Annor IV, to the traditional council last weekend at Bonyere.
In his remarks, Nana Nyameke Annor IV called on all residents of the traditional area to stay united and commit themselves to the growth and development of Bonyere.
He also calls on the other chiefs in the area to stay united and focused while they forged ahead towards developing the area.
Nana Nyameke Annor IV speaking in an interview with Angel News Mubarak Yakubu stated that developing Bonyere is one of his main priority.
He said Bonyere is behind when it comes to development, hence, he is going to make sure he develops the community with the help of his elders.
He promised his loyalty, faithfulness and commitment to the vision and mission of the chieftaincy to enhance the development of the area.
Nana Nyameke Annor IV is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts programme in Communication Studies.
Some of his colleagues and lecturer who teaches African Diaspora and Sociology at African University College of Communication, Dr. Arikor Tetteh were present during the enstoolment.
