Ghanaians should give President John Mahama the mandate to govern the country for another four years owing to the “numerous” infrastructural projects he has carried out, a group known as Commercial Drivers for JM has urged.
According to its spokesperson, Osei Yaw, who spoke with Obeng Mensah on Accra News on Saturday September 24, the construction of “quality” roads by the NDC administration, led by Mr Mahama, had facilitated the work of commercial drivers as they now spent less time getting passengers to their destinations and had reduced their frequency and costs of servicing of vehicles, holistically making their businesses more profitable.
“Many governments have come and gone but that of Preisdent John Mahama has done so much for commercial drivers… and the roads we use are in better shape than before,” he stated.
He cited the asphalting of the Goaso-Gambia, Mim, Dunkwa-Ayanfuri, and cocoa roads to buttress his point.
“So the President has worked hard, that’s why we say we strongly back him [for a second term]. If the president is elected for another four years, the developments he will bring to…Ashanti and all other regions will be unprecedented,” he assured.
