The Circuit Court 9 presided over by Justice Samuel Bright Acquah spared self-acclaimed evangelist, Patricia Oduro Asiedua a.k.a Maame Agradaa aftrer failing to appear before the court this morning.
During the court proceedings today 11th January 2023, the prosecution led by Superintendent Sylvester Asare prayed for court to issue a bench warrant as she has failed to honor part of the bail conditions which she was asked to report to the police.
Angel News Correspondent Ama Brako Ampofo reported that Lawyers for mama Pat led by Paul Asibi Abariga defended and told the court that her client Agradaa refusal to appear before the court is not intentional becasue she is not well and have brought medical report to prove to that.
Evangelist mama Pat was supposed to be in court 4 and 9 today but failed to appear which the prosecution was pushing for a warrant but the court turned down.
