There have been rumours on social media that the Poison hit maker was a homosexual. Responding to the claim, she said: “Yes, I have heard and seen on social media that I’m a lesbian, but I’m not, I like boys. I’m sure they say same about other female artistes.”
She noted that she did not know why people would assume she was a lesbian as she is happily dating a man.
Ebony was discovered by renowned musician and entrepreneur Bullet of Ruff ‘n’ Smooth fame when she sent a recording of her voice and was signed to his Rufftown record label just a day later.
Ebony came out with her first single, Dancefloor, in December 2015 which earned her a nomination for the Unsung category at the 2016 Ghana Music Awards.
