Former NPP Member of Parliament (MP) for Obuasi and Obuasi East Constituencies, Hon. Edward Michael Ennin, has assured Ghanaians that he is going to expose the NPP gurus who are involving themselves in the illegal mining if care is not taking.
In an interview, the Former Member of Parliament says he has concrete evidence that shows a lot of the NPP big fishes are engaging in the illegal mining which is affecting the country and nobody seems to talk about it
He further explained that, he will first consult Otumfuor Osei Tutu II and give him the names of those participating in the illegal mining and if nothing is done, he will go on radio and start mentioning names.
He added that he knows when he starts mentioning names on radio, the people will definitely send him to court and that’s where he will be releasing the videos and tapes he has.
“If you don’t take care, you will say Ennin has spoilt your party because it is big men with big positions oo. It will get to a point, like I always say if things keep pushing, I will probably go to my king, I will go to Asantehene, and tell him that these are the names but if he talks to them and nothing good comes out then I start mentioning names on radio, we will only go to court, when we go there, I have already gathered my evidence then I will use it against you that’s when you’ll realize we are in the same party and I will be disgracing you”
The Former Member of Parliament (MP), Hon. Edward Ennin says he is not against his party but if they do not put things at the right place, the ordinary Ghanaians are going to suffer and a little will be enjoying in the country.
He therefore says those who have been arrested at the illegal mining sites have no hands in the illegal mining but rather the big fishes in the party hence supported what Otumfuor said.
