Ghanaian actress Nikki Samonas has said she has had more regrets trusting people than taking the decision to act nude.
Samonas became the talk of town some years back when she acted naked in movie with Nigerian Jim Iyke.
Despite the criticism, Samonas, speaking on Class Drive on Class91.3FM Friday August 5, told host Prince Benjamin she did not feel sorry acting nude and would repeat it if she had the opportunity.
She explained that the nude scene with the Nigerian actor was supposed to be edited but the movie makers breached the contract, making her regret trusting them.
“I don’t regret acting nude. What I regret is the fact that I trusted people beyond my limit, thinking that certain things in the movie would not be put out there and it was put out. So, my regret is trusting people and I have learnt from that. Yes, I will act nude again,” she stated.
“Acting nude is supposed to be tastefully done, it is supposed to be done in a way that is going to be very pleasing to the eye and not extremely X-rated, so, yes, I will act nude again because acting nude is not a problem; it’s just how it’s done or when they breach the contract and certain things they are not supposed to put out there is put out that becomes a problem. So, it’s all about trusting people.”
