Hiplife Artiste, Nii Addo Quaynor, popularly referred to as Tinny has backed the Supreme Court’s decision to convict the ‘Montie 3’ for the derogatory remarks they made about the judges, indicating that they should have even gone in fora longer jail term. Tinny, who made his first appearance on the biggest celebrity and lifestyle show in Ghana, Celebrity Fanzone on Viasat1 last Saturday surprised viewers when he indicated that he wouldn’t have even been bothered had the ‘Montie 3’ been sentenced to six years in jail.
“What I will say is that, I think it is not right for you to threaten somebody like that. So, yea they should face the punishment, they should know that one plus one is two. You call a spade a spade. I see nothing wrong about what is happening because if it is me, I should know better. If they should go for six years, I do not mind,” the “Makola Kwakwe” hit-maker indicated. Tinny however, also had a few words reserved for Ghana’s Artiste of the Year, EL after co-host of the show Jessica Opare Saforo revealed that EL’s new song was directed at him.
“I will go back to the studio and come back hard on him [EL] like never before because I don’t expect that from him, because we are too cool and I have not said anything wrong for him to do a song about me,” Tinny angrily indicated. Fans of Tinny should expecta healthy response from him very soon as he is noted never to back down. Catch a repeat broadcast of Celebrity Fanzone this Wednesday at 11am and watch the main show every Saturday at 9pm on Viasat1.
