Heritage Bank Limited will today Thursday, 29 June 2017 open another branch at Suame in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
The bank will serve clients in and around Suame, Breman, Old Tafo, and its surrounding communities.
Suame is the bank’s third branch, having commenced operations at its main branch at Airport City, with the second at East Legon.
The Managing Director of Heritage Bank, Patrick Fischian, speaking on Ghana Yensom on Accra100.5FM ahead of the opening of the branch, said the move to Kumasi had to be done “as quickly as possible” given it was “the second most important city in Ghana”.
He said what sets Heritage Bank apart from other banks in Ghana is that it is “a wholly indigenous Ghanaian bank” “focused on local businesses” and adhering to “world class practices”.
“Our aim is to assist local companies and SMEs to meet their business aspirations. The difference you have with us is that we are flexible in our decision making, we do not exclude any part of the economy and wherever we can identify a need that a customer has, we work together with the customer to provide a solution,” Mr Fischian told show host Chief Jerry Forson.
Heritage Bank Limited was issued its banking licence in 2016, making it the 33rd entrant unto the banking scene.
The bank is run by a team of highly skilled professionals with an extensive wealth of experience.
This team is further backed by industry giants who form its Board of Directors, while its managers have in-depth financial knowledge.
