FIFA president Gianni Infantino has called on Ghanaians to support his ambition to grow football.
Infantino arrived at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday to meet the presidency and also the Football Association.
Gianni Infantino, in a meeting with the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, said he wanted Ghana to help him develop football.
“I need you (Ghana) to help me develop football and show the world how it could be done,” the FIFA boss said.
The Swiss-Italian has outlined several reforms at FIFA and he has urged member nations to support him implement them.
Mr Infantino succeeded Sepp Blatter, who resigned last year over corruption charges against him and some other key members of the FIFA Executive Committee.
