After 30 weeks of premier league action, Accra Great Olympics and Kpando Heart of Lions joined B.A United to finally bid farewell to patrons of the league after the last games of the league.
Great Olympics lived by their accolade of being the ‘Wonder Club’ by beating league champions Ashgold with two late goals despite missing two penalties but that wasn’t enough to help them escape relegation even after gaining a 2-1 victory.
At the Obuasi Lenclay Stadium, Heart of Lions couldn’t hold their own against New Edubiase United who needed to beat Lions to survive and rightfully so, they won by 4-2.
