Abraham Attah, the Ghanaian boy who rose to fame after featuring on the ‘Beast of no nations’ movie alongside top Hollywood star, Idris Elba, has landed another movie role. Attah will be a part of the adventure drama “The Modern Ocean” alongside A-List Hollywood actors including Anne Hathaway, Keanu Reeves and Daniel Radcliffe.
According to the Hollywood reporter, the adventure movie revolves around vengeance and the fierce competition for valuable shipping routes and priceless materials that converge in a spectacular battle on the rolling decks of behemoth cargo ships. Attah Abraham in September 2015 won the Marcello Mastroianni’s Best Young Actor Award at the 2015 Venice Film Festival.
He won the award for his lead performance in a movie “Beast of no Nation.” Attah Abraham who is from Ashaiman and without any acting background was picked from the streets of Ghana during the shooting of the “Beasts of No Nation.” Earlier, mutiple award-winning afropop, dancehall and reggae artiste, Stonebwoy who was full of praise for Abraham Attah said it was God who located him on the streets.
