Ghana has maintained its position as 3rd best country in Africa in the latest FIFA World ranking which was released on Thursday December 3.
The Black Stars who were 30th in the last global ranking, slipped three places in the ranking and are now 33rd best in the World.
The best three on the continent remains unchanged with Cote D’Ivoire and Algeria in the 1st and 2nd positions respectively. Third placed Ghana is followed by Cape Verde and Tunisia.
Ghana secured 778 points, 15 points less than the 793 points it received last month.
In the Women ranking, Ghana are 4th in Africa and 52nd best country in the world.
