The Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana has revealed that printing of ballots on which voters will cast their votes on December 7 has begun.
This was disclosed by the Chairperson of the EC, Charlotte Osei in an interview with BBC Africa’s Akwasi Sarpong on Thursday, October 3.
According to her, the Commission has made adequate preparations and ballot for parliamentary elections are undergoing print.
However, ballot for the presidential candidates have been put on hold due to numerous cases against the EC by aggrieved presidential aspirant who have been disqualified by the commission from the race for anomalies on their nomination forms.
The EC boss has assured a successful, free and fair elections on December 7.
