Ghana’s fast-rising dance hall artiste, Stonebwoy, has had quite a good year with great songs and awards. The CEO of Burniton Music Group, released a string of jamming hits, strong collaborations and a number of nominations and awards including the VGMAs, BASS and BET awards.
Stonebwoy can look back with satisfaction at the year 2015, but he feels there is more to do despite a great year.
Speaking to Citi FM’s Philip Ashong, he said he “still recognizes there is a lot of work because to who much is given, much is required.”
“This is not even the extreme for me” he adds, but “a good platform and a good opportunity to capitalize on and push farther.”
Stonebwoy will be closing an exciting 2015 with the official Christmas party; Citi FM’s December to Remember Concert. Stonebwuoy says the 2015 D2R concert, “is an opportunity to prove to the new audience what I’m worth, what I’m made of, what my music consists of, what I’m capable of doing and proving to them that their support will be worth it.” He has assured fans he will put in all he can to make sure he “keeps soaring” despite a strong 2015.
