President John Mahama will be having a one-on-one session with artisans and mechanics in the Central Region as part of his five-day campaign tour in that part of the country beginning Monday September 5, Mr Benard Allotey Jacobs, Central Regional Director of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), has said.
The president will start his tour by inaugurating the Agona Abodom Community Day Senior High School. He will also visit Agona West, Gomoa East, Gomoa West, Gomoa Central, Ekumfi, Mfantseman, and Cape Coast North constituencies.
The other constituencies he will visit are Cape Coast South, Ekumfi, Asikuma Odoben Brakwa, Ajumako Enyan Essiam, Bisease, Awutu Senya East, Awutu Senya West, and Komenda Edina Eguafo Abirem.
Speaking in an interview with Chief Jerry Forson, host of Ghana Yensom on Accra100.5FM on Monday September 5, Mr Allotey Jacobs said the president would end his tour of the region with a rally at Kasoa.
While in the region, the leader of the NDC will also visit and pay courtesy calls on the various traditional councils.
