Education, unemployment, health, and corruption are the four major themes recurring on political campaign platforms ahead of the general elections on December 7, according to the Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO).
This was contained in a report released by CODEO on the second pre-election environment observation, which covers the period between August 31 and September 28, 2016.
The report, deployed in 134 constituencies across the country, also revealed Brong Ahafo and the Volta Regions as the regions where instances of chiefs seen engaging in partisan activities were high.
