Ghana defender Baba Rahman is likely to make his English Premier League debut on Saturday afternoon for Chelsea in their clash with Crystal Palace at the Stamford Bridge after his availability has been confirmed.
Baba, 21, joined the Premier League champions two weeks ago but he missed the 3-2 victory over West Brom last weekend due to paperwork and is now available for selection.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has included Baba in his squad for the game but it is uncertain whether he will shuffle his backline to make space for the former Asante Kotoko defender.
However, popular fan view says the Portuguese gaffer will bench Serbian defender Ivanovic and introduce Baba into a natural left-back role while shifting Spanish international Azpilicueta to the right.
