Black Stars coach Avram Grant is expected to provide his final squad list of 23 players to the Ghana Football Association for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations later today.
Per the tournament rules, participating countries are to submit their final squad for the tournament 10 days to the start of the competition.
The Israeli who led Ghana to the finals of the competition two years ago in Equatorial Guinea will present his final list of players to the FA to be submitted to CAF before midnight on Wednesday, Ghana FA President Kwasi Nyantakyi has assured.
The date for submitting the final 23 is 10 days to the start of the tournament and Grant has until midnight Central African Time (CAT) today.
Grant and his initial 26-man squad are currently in the United Arab Emirates for an 11-day training camp where they are scheduled to play two preparatory games before moving to Gabon for the AFCON tournament.
Ghana is in Group D of the 2017 Afcon alongside Uganda, Mali and Egypt.
