The embattled headmaster of Battor Senior High School in the Volta Region, Lawrence Kwasi Korley, has said he committed no crime when he had phone sex with one of his female students.
Accra100.5FM has a copy of the audiotape that captured the phone sex between Mr Korley and the student.
He is heard frantically asking the girl to part her legs, fondle her genitalia and moan in excitement as they mutually masturbated on the phone.
The female student is heard on the tape saying she could not scream where she was.
When called by Accra News about the tape, Mr Korley said although his action hinges on morality, it did not amount to an infringement of the law.
He dared his accusers to send him to court if they believed he has committed any crime.
“I am a man, there is no law on morality, other than that I should be behind bars. No one has come to arrest me, radio stations are saying I have been arrested but I am still in school,” he told Accra News on Thursday May 17.
