Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will today, Friday January 13, travel to Mali for his first official trip outside the country as president.
Nana Akufo-Addo will hold bilateral talks with President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta. The two heads of state are expected to discuss Ghana-Mali relations as well as the recent happenings in The Gambia.
Mr Akufo-Addo, after his swearing in on January 7, has been busy receiving dignitaries who call on him at the Flagstaff House as well as naming his designated Ministers to help him achieve his campaign promises.
He has promised to hit the ground running as soon as parliament approves his nominees to form his government.
