The Acting Managing Director of the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC), Sammy Gyamfi, has stated that the 2025 budget statement, which will be presented to Parliament by the Finance Minister, includes measures aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by Ghanaians.
He added that the document also outlines strategies for job creation.
Speaking in an interview with TV3 ahead of the budget presentation, he said “I am very optimistic that by the time the Finance Minister finishes presenting the budget many Ghanaians will find hope in his words. we are going to have a budget that represents our needs and aspirations as a people, a budget that will ease hardships, and create jobs.”
“Today a lot more clarity will be provided by the Finance Minister regarding the move to establish a Gold Board,” he added.
