The footbridge at Spanner Junction, close to the Tetteh Quarshie interchange, near the Accra Mall, has been turned into a refuse dump with authorities looking on.
According to pedestrians, the stench emanating from the refuse is unbearable.

The area has also been turned into a market.

A concerned citizen told ClassFMonline.com on Thursday November 10 that: “It appears because of the elections, authorities do not want to deal with the location of the market.”
