A fuel tanker and a van belonging to Samara group, producers of Sasso insecticide spray and mosquito coil were in the early hours of Thursday, 22 September involved in an accident at Dzorwulu junction along the George Walker Bush highway (N1).
According to an eye witness, the Lapaz-bound fuel tanker had a brake failure and run into the van, which in turn run into other vehicles parked near Fiesta Royal hotel.
The van caught fire in the accident. The driver of the tanker sped off after the accident. There was no casualty.
